Meatballs Sovrano limoncello

Minced pork with fragrant Sovrano limoncello. Very tasty, the meatballs are great for an appetizer buffet.

  • 400 grams of pork
  • Salt
  • Sovrano limoncello liqueur Original
  • 1 egg
  • 100 grams of bread crumbs
  • 50 grams of grated cheese

In a bowl put the meat, egg and salt.
Knead, add the bread crumbs, cheese and two tablespoons of Sovrano Limoncello.
Mix carefully, form the meatballs and place in a pan with a little oil.
Put in preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
Serve on thin slices of lemon.
