Sovrano Limoncello chicken breast

  • Chicken breast cut into slices about 300-400g
  • 30-40g butter
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of Sovrano Limoncello
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • water .. if necessary (you need to add a tablespoon of water if you see that the butter and flour begin to stick to the bottom of the pan)

Cut the slices of chicken breast into small pieces, let them dipped in a little lemon juice and then dip it in flour.
Then put in a pan a knob of butter and a bit of oil, and put the chicken breast dipped in flour.
While browning and creates a crust we take 30 g of butter and mix with a little flour to obtain a soft cube.
We remove the browned chicken and let dissolve this cube of butter.
Put the chicken in the pot and let it evaporate Sovrano limoncello.
Finish cooking the chicken in the pan.
Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
Garnish the dish as you like
