Sovrano Limoncello Coconut Muffin

Ingredients for 12 muffins:

  • 200 grams of flour
  • 50 grams of grated coconut
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 grams of brown sugar
  • 80 ml of seed oil
  • 80 grams of fresh cream
  • 50 ml Sovrano limoncello
  • 1 tablespoon dry yeast
  • 1 pinch of salt


In a bowl, stir the sugar with the eggs, then add the oil, Sovrano Limoncello, and cream.
Add to egg mixture the flour, baking powder and coconut and finally the salt.
Fill 12 muffin cups and bake for about 20 minutes.
