Sovrano Limoncello Pudding


  • 400 g of milk
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 130 g of sugar
  • 15 g of Flour
  • 10 g of gelatin
  • 50ml Sovrano limoncello
  • 120 g of cream
  • 20 g of icing sugar
  • to decorate:
  • lemon zest
  • mint leaves
  • fruit salad mixed

In a saucepan, bring to a boil the milk with half the sugar.
Besides, beat the egg yolks with the remaining sugar, add the flour and, stirring constantly, pour in the hot milk. Put the cream over medium heat and, stirring constantly, let it thicken.

  1. Remove from the heat and flavored with limoncello Sovrano. Soak the gelatin in cold water for a few minutes, squeeze and let it dissolve in the hot cream.
  2. Let cool the cream before adding the whipped cream with the icing sugar.
  3. Pour the mixture into the mold and place in refrigerator for 2 hours.
  4. Decoration: before serving, put the puddings on plates and decorate with lemon zest and mint leaves. Serve with a fruit salad mixed.
