Ingredients
- 200 grams of dark chocolate
- 8 inflated Balloons
- Limoncello “Sovrano”
Preparation:
Finely chop the chocolate and melt it in a pan in water bath.
blow up the 8 small balloons, wash and dry.
Take one at a time and dip only the bottom (for about 3 cm) in chocolate and let harden.
Place the chocolate on a sheet of wax paper.
Repeat the whole process a second time and when the chocolate is well coagulated, pop the balloons and remove from the chocolate, gently helping with a toothpick and fill with Limoncello “Sovrano”.
